Returns and Exchanges


  • If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on apparel that meet the conditions below and that are postmarked no later than 30 days after receiving your purchase. Returns can be processed for a refund or store credit. We do not process exchanges at this time.
  • All items purchased on SALE are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • All full-priced apparel items are eligible for refund if returned unworn and in mint condition. If you've had your regular priced order for more than 30 days we cannot accept your return. All goods returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused (free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the items from being sold as new).
  • Returned items must have their original tags attached. If your return is soiled with make up or tarnished, it will not be accepted for return.
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

  • All other accessories including masks, socks, and totes. 
  • All sale items and items marked down in price


  • Contact Desert Dreamer LA Customer Service at to process your return. Include your name, five-digit order number, item description, and reason for return. All communication will be done via email.
  • A member of our team will get back to you ASAP (this may take a few days, we are a very small team working M-F, we appreciate your patience!).
  • If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label from USPS. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after receiving your purchase.
  • If you can, reuse your original shipping mailer to reduce waste! Then package up your unwanted items and attach the return label. Make sure everything is secure and drop it off at your local mail carrier.
  • You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item.
  • Refund payments will be made using the same payment method you used to make the initial purchase. The refund is issued once the return is processed and depending on your bank’s policy it can take up to 30 if you are international.
  • Store credit cannot be refunded.
